these lovely hand dyed ruffles are a pale nude pink, a gorgeous neutral with a warm blush. as the dye dries on the crepe paper it leaves lovely irregular water marks and collects on the edges. please expect these ruffles to have variation in color as shown in the middle photo.
this tiny ruffled paper garland is hand made and measures 32 inches long and just under 1 inch wide.
the garland is folded carefully and tied to a vintage scalloped paper with a bit of vintage ribbon and a lovely millinery flower from an old tattered hat.
for decorating envelopes and valentines, love notes and matchboxes. enjoy.
