these hot pink hand dyed crepe paper ruffles have creamy polka dots. as the dye dries on the crepe paper it leaves lovely irregular water marks and collects on the edges. please expect these ruffles to have variation in color as shown in the last photo.
this valentine ruffled paper garland is hand made and measures 32 inches long and 1 1/2 inch wide.

the ruffle garland is folded carefully and tied with a vintage ribbon. a silk velvet covered button, vintage gold metal tinsel and hand sewn vintage paper pleated heart are included so you can make your own little velvet kiss covered matchbox~such a sweet lunch box surprise... (see last photo)
