Recommended for indoor use with light outdoor ventures. They are fully machine washable. Use dryer on medium or low. I have tested all my fabrics in both washer and dryer on regular settings.

Sizing:
I use standard American sizing, or you can give me your foot length from tip of toe to tip of heel, it is better to take this measurement with your weight on the foot, as feet spread out when we stand on them. A width measurement at the widest point is always helpful but not necessary.
