long sleeve sailor/nautical inspired baby doll dress, red bow tie, ruffle collar, navy blue and white polka dot, one pocket, no tag (possibly handmade), slight a-line. possibly little girl's dress though seems to fit petites as well.

bust- 13.75 inches*
waist- 15.75 inches*
sleeve length- 20 inches
total length- 31 inches
neck to waist- 15.5 inches
waist to hem- 15.5 inches

Very good vintage condition. Slight discoloration on sleeve cuff, hole on right sleeve hem (easily mendable)
