Creative process:
First, the butterfly is hand shaped and formed from a thin copper piece using metalworking chisels, hammers, and mallets. The accents are then drawn onto the surface and a flame fuses the design permanently onto the copper.
Next, the turquoise blue-green patina interacts with the copper surface to create the design.
Finally, the surface is sprayed with a clear coating to preserve the color and finish, and a copper wire is attached for hanging. Signed by the artist on the back.
Shipping: Sent by First Class Mail within the United States, so it will get to you in 3 to 5 days! International shipments go by International First Class parcel which generally takes 6 to 21 days.
