A total of 92 pages long, with numerous color and black-and-while illustrations, the book is compilation of traditional tales from India, often featuring animals like elephants, lions, tigers, jackals, alligators and foxes. Richardson's illustrations are lavish and beautiful and are a wonderful combination of art nouveau and traditional Indian styles.
This is as lovely as it is rare, and a great addition to any collection.
