This is a homage I did to Rene Magritte. In his art, clouds covering the human figure is a recurring theme, particularly in his sculpture, "The Future of Statues". I love Magritte, so I wanted to do this in his honor. The difference is this sculpture is three-dimensional. I have it here displayed in my niche at home. But I want you to have it!
This is a great piece for a mantel, niche or a gift to someone who loves Surrealism and/or Magritte. It is a conversation piece and has a peculiar aesthetic to it without breaking your bank. I hand-painted it myself.
