Steampunk Earrings (Mixed Metal Jewelry with Gears & Hardware, Word Jewelry)

If you love the steampunk trend, you'll enjoy these mixed metal Steampunk Earrings. I've combined brass gears with jump rings handwrapped with copper wire. The hardware store hex nut beads are from the Susan Lenart Kazmer's Industrial Chic line. They're covered in yellowed paper and look like they are torn from a dictionary. You can read the partial words: daunted, intrepidity, fearlessness. Earrings come gift-boxed.

Ear wires: Brass ear wires
U.S.-made Vintaj natural brass is lead- and nickel-free.

Weight
These earrings are slightly heavier because of the hardware store components. Each earring weighs 0.3 oz. (My other earrings are mainly 0.1 oz each, extremely lightweight.) These earrings are still a comfortable weight.

Length: 2 5/8" (6.67 cm)
Earring length is always measured from the top of the ear wire (the part that will be in your ear) to the end of the earring.
