Each pin is made of two pieces of contrasting layered hand-stitched heart shaped felt and has an arrangement of pearly off-white buttons glued on. The back has a nice pin clasp and is secured by hot glue bubbles. (I wouldn't recommend using for children under 4 since the buttons are small and may come off.)
