I'm not saying this is actually an anatomically correct heart. I'm saying it's getting there. It's more anatomically correct than those hearts you drew over your i's in junior high. There are a few of those little ventricle thingies that you probably learned about in science class at some point, and it's got a somewhat asymmetrical shape that must mean it's, like, semi realistic.
This listing is for the heart pictured in the first three photos, which is made from purple cotton on one side, and a red cotton print on the other side. The top section of the heart is not stitched in place, but simply wound, twisted and tucked into its knotted anatomical shapeliness.
This heart is approximately 8 1/2 inches long (when folded up as pictured) and 3 1/2 inches wide. It is stuffed with polyester fibers.
