The Sea Life, Slice Of Life Wall Hanging

This lovely wall hanging is part of my Slice Of Life series and is an original one of a kind in batik fabrics. The applique is called Raw Edge applique and is machine quilted on a domestic machine. The unique background fabric is an ombre that is a graduated type fabric that really gives this piece an impression of the deep waters. The size is 15 inches x 40 inches long. At the bottom are rocks, coral and shells and as the kept moves up toward the top there are fish lingering among the plants. This was sewn in a smoke free home and made in the United States.
