This is a vintage pattern from 1971. It is a classic pineapple crochet design.
Bonus is that this piece is versatile: you can wear it as a skirt or as a poncho. It works great for all seasons.
A piece from a vintage crochet pattern, such as this, will add a most unique retro feel to your wardrobe.
This versatile item has three different shades of pink. It is light pink at the top, medium in the middle, and darker pink at the bottom.
Because of the drawstring this skirt/poncho can fit most sizes, S, M or L.
Measurements when lying flat:
Width of top opening (with drawstring allowing for widest measurement): 36 inches. Also can go as small as you like when you pull the drawstring.
length: 26 inches
Made with vintage yarn: Reynolds Deluxe Reynelle, which is 100% courtelle acrylic. Can be machine washed, but I would recommend hand washing and hang to dry. This yarn is very soft and comfortable!
