vintage 1960's navy pleated mini dress with white ruffle collar

A sweet little 1960's frock in my favorite color, navy blue. Made of a lightweight polyester (that has a crepe-like look about it). The shape is short and a-line, so flattering! The best part is the giant white ruffle collar, so adorable! Buttons and hooks at the back of the neck. Looks so sweet with socks and maryjanes.

Estimated Size: Small or Smallish Medium (meant to fit a bit loosely)

Measurements:

Bust: 37"
Waist: free
Hips: 45"
Length: 30.5"

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Two small, faint marks on the back of the collar and one minor snag.
