After your payment is made, creation of your cake topper will begin. Creation will take approximately one week, depending upon workload, so you may want to order your piece at least one month before you will need it. When your cake topper is complete you then will receive photos of your beautiful finished piece for your approval. Because of the time and materials put into these custom-made cake toppers, fifty percent of the amount of the sale is non-refundable, should you change your mind. We do not accept returns, and since we carefully pack our items for shipment, we are not responsible for damage in shipment. However, we will work with you if something like that were to occur. Our goal is your satisfaction and happiness.
