Kudos to the stitcher-this is one lovely instant collection of old pillowcases. Both vintage pillowcases are the same pattern and have beautiful shabby pink tatting on the edges. Edges are scalloped and above the tatting is a lovely fine of different colored flowers. Moss green "vine" holds up flowers that are colored soft sky blue, bright bubble gum pink and pale lemon yellow-just to name a few. Handwork is exquisite and backs are very neat. Pillowcase itself is a brighth white cotton. They will fit any standard sized pillow.
There are several spots on the white part of the cases, but handwork and tatting are both in amazing condition. Fabric hasn't yellowed with age, and there are no holes, or rips. Fabric doesn't seem to have thinned much either, making these even more desirable-and sturdy!
