I ship via USPS, first class mail with delivery confirmation. Any rush shipping will require additional cost.
I will add insurance to your shipping upon request.
Your items will be shipped to the address you list on ETSY, so please make sure it is correct.
**PLEASE NOTE** I am NOT responsible for the time your package takes to reach you once it has left my hands. I can only guarantee that it is completed and shipped within 10 Business Days. The seller and the buyer see the exact same tracking information, so what I see is exactly the same as what you see.
**INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS**
Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.

**POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED PIECES**
If you are unhappy with your jewelry, I will accept return of the piece in exchange for a full refund to you within 7 days of receiving the piece.
Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping fees; items should please be returned in their original packaging.
There are NO returns on earrings due to health reasons.
**POLICY FOR CUSTOM PERSONALIZED PIECES**
If you are dissatisfied with personalized or custom pieces, simple repairs or changes can be made easily, if it is needed, you will need to pay shipping to return the item to me and I will pay shipping to return it to you after any repairs. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR PERSONALIZED CUSTOM PIECES, unless it is my error. If the error is on me, I will remake your item.
