We sculpted the candy hearts by hand from polymer clay, and included all the details: that chalky finish, a perfect little heart shape, and even the slightly uneven hot pink text! Each candy heart is a tiny bit different, just like the real thing.
The candy hearts are securely attached to surgical steel post backings.

The candy heart is about 3/8" (1cm) tall and wide. See the photos for a sense of scale.
