This black velvet cloak has loads of movement! SO dramatic. Heavily padded yoked shoulders are made of ribbed satin and trimmed at the neck with corde tassels. 9" slit arm holes. Fully lined with bright white satin. Fastens at the neck with a snap and a hook and eye closure.
