So damn cute. The deer's head is attached to the neck with a tightly coiled spring, so the head actually seems to vibrate rather than bobble when the deer is touched. Certain parts are accented with some orangy-gold paint that is slightly worn. Based on the style and materials it seems to have been made in the 1950s or 1960s. Measures 2" x 3" x 1". Markings on stomach and inner leg read JAPAN.
