The quilt is backed with a pink polka dot cotton fabric from the Sherbet Pips collection and has two rows of charms running through the back as well. The gray binding is doubled for durability, machine stitched to the front and hand stitched to the back.
I used Family of Cottons Quilter’s 80/20 (80% cotton, 20% polyester) batting. I machine quilted in a free hand meandering pattern, which will help ensure this quilt has a long life.
The quilt has been machine washed in Charlie's Soap (non-toxic, hypoallergenic, biodegradable) and tumble dried to create that wonderful quilted look.
Measures 43 x 43 inches.
Quilt can be washed on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on low heat.
