I made this dress jacket starting with a crochet shrug/bolero jacket base and then adding on vintage crochet doilies to the sleeves, skirt, waistline, neckline and long hoodie in the back. Has sweet little crochet flowers added to the waistline and neckline. Closes with 2 ties in the front at the bust and waist. It is tuxedo style shorter in the front and longer in the back. The hoodie was made mostly for decoration but if you would like to wear it you have to pull it way up and over your head so that it stays up - I'm probably going to crochet a string and thread it through the sides of the hood so that you can tie it under the chin. Bust: approx. up to 18 "(underarm-underarm) (double for full measurement)
Shoulder - sleeve bottom: 21" longest point of sleeve
Shoulder - shoulder: 15"
Waist: up to 14-15" depending how tight you want to tie it in (double for measurement)
Hips: free (double for measurement)
Arm holes (armpit area from shoulder to underarm) measure approx. 13" circumference
Full Length (Shoulder - hem): uneven hemline- shortest point in front is 32", longest point in back is approx to 42" long.
Flaws: There may be a few loose threads on some of the doilies that I missed but the vintage materials used for this dress are in very good-excellent vintage condition.
