"The Flycatcher", an 8" x 10" (16x22cm) print of a watercolor that I painted of a Flycatcher, which is a bird of North America. I have not actually seen this bird or photographed it myself, so it is painted from several photographs of reference. I am going to say that it is not a specific flycatcher, as several of the types look quite similar to me. I made this one brownish, although some of them seem to have a greenish tinge. The painting is done in watercolors, and this is a print on high quality, non-yellowing paper, with long-lasting ink. The colors are very close to the original, with almost indiscernible differences. The print is signed and numbered by the artist. It is printed on archival card stock with long-lasting ink. It will last for many generations.
The actual colored part of the print is smaller than the paper by a little less than one centimeter, or 5/8 of an inch, as the paper has a white border. The predominate colors are brown, and greenish-blue. If you have questions or comments about this print, or any other item, please feel free to email me.
