Woody Allen's clever, memorable romantic comedy ANNIE HALL (1977) is one of the filmmaker's best-loved movies. In my original poster design I spotlight the early scene of Annie and Alvy waiting in line for THE SORROW AND THE PITY while a pretentious filmgoer expounds ostentatiously behind them.
The quote (from Alvy's final lines at the end) reads, "I realized what a terrific person she was, and... And how much fun it was just knowing her!"
