This one-of-a-kind book is upcycled from a vintage 1907 edition of, "The A.B.-Z. of Our Own Nutrition", by Horace Fletcher. I have included 15 pages from the original book, many with black and white illustrations and photographs, interleaved between 60 blank sheets of white paper. Here's a little excerpt:

"Were I an iron and steel automobile, instead of a flesh and blood automobile, which I really am, could I get a license for myself, as a chauffeur, to run myself with safety, based upon my knowledge of my own mechanism and the theory and development of my power?"

This would make a great gift for a nutritionist, or anyone who loves vintage books!

The blank paper consists of 60 sheets of recycled, acid-free, 24 lb. white paper, which is smooth enough to write upon easily, but with a bit of a tooth to it, which makes it great for sketching as well. It's all bound with a sturdy, wire coil binding that allows the book to lie flat. Measures approximately 5 1/4" x 7 1/2" (including wire binding). The book's covers show some wear, which is part of the nature and character you find with a previously loved, recycled book.
