This little Love-nicho will make a wonderful gift for the guy or girl responsible for lighting your life and setting you all aglow. A hand sculpted heart rests nestled among a colorful mix of hand-crafted paper flowers with a banner reading "Te lo entrego" (I give it to you).
Specifics:
The heart was hand sculpted out of polymer clay and then painted using high quality acrylics. I never use molds when making these hearts so you can be assured that each one is a unique work of art.
The paper flowers are a mix of new stock and vintage millenary flowers. They were all made by hand (just not by me).
The banner is made from 110lb card stock that has been painted, glittered, and hand lettered. It hasn't been glued down yet, so if you'd like to personalize it or leave it off altogether (see last picture for an image of the shrine without the banner), I can do that for you at no extra charge.
The box is hand made from pine in Los Angeles, CA (I dragged these back to MN with me after a visit home this winter), painted using concentrated color acrylics for a smooth finish, and then trimmed with a velvet ribbon.
Shrines measures approximately 6" (15cm) square and are a little under 2" (4.5 cm) deep.
