This print was created using wood type and black ink on fluorescent white Crane Lettra, a heavy 100% cotton paper, which measures 8” x 10”. Each piece of wood type (vintage carved letters as shown in the last photo) is hand-set on my mid 20th century printing press and inked with a brayer. Then each poster is pulled through the press, one at at time, to create a lovely result.
Please note, listing is for the print only, NO frame is included.
Each print varies due to the nature of the letterpress process. Ink impression on the piece you receive may differ slightly from the picture, but each is unique and beautiful.
This piece was printed on my Model B Showcard press. Each poster is signed on the back.
