Um... uh.... WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?! Adorable ribbon and sunflower print in a baby blue, yellow, green, and cream. High waisted shorts with ruffles at the hem button up the back (they were on the model backwards in the first 4 photos... haha!). The top twists, ties, and then buttons around the chest. Hey Lolita hey!
