Gorgeous and super unique 'hat' from the 1940s.
Just so special, this piece has a dark brown velvet bow in the back,
sprouting a branch of green and brown velvet berries and leaves atop a double layer of brown lace mesh. Could stand to be pressed, but there are NO rips or holes at all! Excellent condition! Hard to find!!!

Tulle measures about 12" around
