You'll be receiving approx. 37" of fabric to allow for the top/bottom placement of the two repeats to be even, as shown in mocks. (As well as 1/2 repeat on each end to allow for framing.) Fabric is 48" wide. Background is actually a rich, cream color, not pure white.
There are readily available instructions online for how to create this look utilizing available stretcher strips.
(I actually used to to this for a living. Decades ago -- "Murphy's Landing, Ann Arbor.) What did I take away from the experience? This: It's best to start at the CENTER of the stretcher bar, both horizontally and vertically then staple toward the corners, keeping the pattern as straight as possible. And when preparing, always iron the back side of the fabric.

It could also be hung vertically from a curtain rod and weighted at the bottom.
It would also make simply swellegant draperies. And pillows, natch.
The fabric content is not listed, but appears to be a blend and the back side has a sheen to it. It's got a slightly nubby texture as well.
