We ship all of our toys via USPS First Class mail. The average shipping time in the US is 3-5 business days and outside of the US is 1-3 weeks. All US orders will receive a shipping notification and tracking number for your package upon shipment. Outside of the US will receive a shipping notification email and an estimate of arrival date. If you need faster shipping, please contact us for a quote.
***International Shipping Costs ***
United States Postal Service costs recently increased. To keep your shipping costs down, we are able to send most of our felt sets using the international shipping flat envelope service. Ordering multiple sets increases the shipping charges because the package becomes thicker and is no longer elegible to ship at the flat envelope rate.
If you are an international customer and would like multiple sets, we encourage you to place separate orders to keep your shipping costs down or you may contact me to create a custom order with a custom shipping quote.
