This pouch is intended to hold all your essentials - be they pens and pencils, gadgets and earphones, make-up, first aid supplies...or it could even store your emergency chocolate stash! What could be more sensible than that?
MATERIALS
The design is my own original drawing, screenprinted on both the front and back with fabric ink in cherry red. Lined inside with burgundy red cotton (organic and from a 'fair trade' supplier), the pouch closes securely with a red zip. The outer fabric is cotton calico (referred to as muslin in the USA) - it's a thickish natural cotton, unbleached so it has naturally occurring flecks of brown in it.
Please note that due to the nature of the fabric and the printing process, the print has some areas that are paler than others, giving some nice, naturally 'faded' looking patches.

CARE
I recommend gentle surface cleaning with a damp sponge, natural air dry (eg on the washing line) The ink has been set to avoid fading and colour-running.
