This "smile" pillow is made with red gingham letters sewn onto an aqua, red, and white floral print. The letters are sewn onto warm & natural batting before being sewn onto the pillow, giving them some dimension....the letter edges are raw, adding visual interest. The pillow measures about 13" x 7". It's backed with a super soft white minky fabric.
