I can’t tell you how much I love this blouse. It’s versatile and can be dressed up or down, with shorts, pants, skirts, anything. It's partially lined with a button-loop closure, which makes for an easy on and off. Because of the ruffles, lightweight fabrics work best for the drape on this blouse: voile, rayon, cotton lawn, even a jersey knit would work well. It’s one of our favorites and I hope you love it as much as we do.

SKILL LEVEL: Confident beginner to intermediate. No fancy tools required, as always.
