Our SURVIVOR Rectangle Pendant Necklace features a 1/2 inch long AWARENESS RIBBON, a 1/4 x 1 inch hand hammered rectangle nickel silver disc hand stamped with SURVIVOR plus a 6mm Swarovski Crystal or Pearl in the color of your choice hand wrapped in Sterling Silver. The SURVIVOR Necklace will arrive with an 18 inch gunmetal chain as shown.

If you would like a different chain size, just let me know! Gunmetal chains are available in 16 inch, 18 inch, 20 inch or 22 inch at no additional charge.
