Strange Laughing Mask Brooch - Emerald Eyes

This unique brooch features a gold tone mask with black enamel. It has tiny clear crystal rhinestones along its lips and it also has tiny emerald green gem eyes that dangle from the sockets. Very strange and different! Great vintage condition, but some of the paint is chipping off (photo 1). Measures 1.5 x 1 inch.
