Heaven forbid future generations lacking the experience of clacking away on a typewriter! Oh, how I loved playing on my parents' IBM Selectric as a child!
These typewritters are designed by Melody Miller in her amazing line Ruby Star Rising, a Japanese import made by Kokka fabrics on a linen/cotton blend. I've turned each typewriter into its own applique because I LOVE THEM!
This tank is made in the USA by American Apparel with organic cotton. The applique is machine sewn onto the tank and will over time develop a frayed edge to the look of the tank. The typewriter is a bold (but not bright pink) with fuchsia accents, a burnt orange heart and a gold background. The colors are most delightful! Both the tank and the paper in the typewriter are a NATURAL color with teeny tiny flecks of cotton in them.
Machine wash/dryer friendly but will shrink a size if regularly dried in machine so order up!
Sizes on hand: 2T, 6T and 8T (American Apparel no longer makes these organic cotton tanks and are completely out of 4T)
