I adore this sweet, petite vintage skeleton key! I kept the dainty feel of the key by putting it on a sturdy yet feminine sterling silver chain and adding Swarovski pearls to accent. The key falls just below the collar bone, while the pearls land on each collar bone, adding to the elegance of the necklace. The perfect piece for every day wear. Layer this necklace with other antique necklaces or wear it alone.
The necklace measures approximately 9.5 inches from the clasp to the bottom of the small key. The key itself measure one inch in length.
There is tarnishing on both sides of the key, which I believe adds to the beauty of the piece.
