Meyercord decal sheet from the 1960s offers bright turquoise blue daisies for home decor projects.

Five stylized daisies measuring 2-1/2” round in turquoise, pink and black are a cross between the fifties’ rage for anything turquoise and the sixties’ look of pop art.

Quickly and easily apply Meyercord decals to sealed wood, cabinets, glassware, shelves, canisters, boxes, nursery furniture… adding “beauty, color and charm,” as Meyercord advertised, to your home.

One decal sheet in original paper packet, approx. 6-1/2” x 8-1/4” overall. Shipped flat in a rigid mailer.

Dip decal in warm water for 15 seconds. Remove from water and set aside for one minute. Slide design off the backing paper face up, onto the surface to be decorated. Smooth the decal down with a soft cloth and let dry.

Beginning around 1940, companies like Meyercord (based outside Chicago, IL) created hundreds of decal designs in decorative designs that echoed the popular themes of the day: early American, Penn Dutch, hearts and flowers, and French and English designs
