This is machine cut out of 3mm thick stainless steel and then polished by hand to a shiny level. It is sized about 25x25mm (1x1").
It is completed with a stainless steel metallic links chain at 20" (50cm) - Average Men collar bone size - Can also be worn as 18" - or let me know on checkout what length you prefer.
In the photo you see it worn as 18" which is the women size.

Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and should work well with most sensitive skin issues, that said it shouldn't be submerged in water for too long as it will tarnish eventually.
