This miniature Skiving Snackbox is very detailed and captures the handmade fun of the movie prop that inspired it. I designed the box of my miniature Skiving Snackbox to share the fun, bold colors and writing of the original. I also wanted my version of the box to preserve the handmade quality of the original since it was a product the Weasley twins developed while they were still students at Hogwarts. Each box is carefully cut, folded, and glued by hand. The outside of the box advertises the contents within, which are presented by "Weasley and Weasley"! The miniature Skiving Snackbox comes filled with four different varieties of Skiving Snacks. Each box has two pieces of Fever Fudge, three Nosebleed Nougats, three Puking Pastilles, and four Fainting Fancies. I make each of these tiny treasures by hand out of polymer clay. After decorating each "Skiving Snack" using a variety of materials including liquid polymer clay, glitter, and, microbeads, I bake them and then finish each one to give them just the right look. The Skiving Snacks are not glued down so you can take them out of the box if you want to. Whether you are adding this miniature box of Skiving Snacks to a dollhouse room or just displaying it on your shelf, this fun Harry Potter miniature item is truly magical and one you will cherish!
The measurements for each item are as follows:
Skiving Snackbox box: 0.94 inches (23.9 mm) wide (square in shape) and 0.4 inches (10.2 mm)tall (with lid on base of box)
Skiving Snacks: vary in size (around 0.25 inches or 6.4 mm on average), but all fit into the box as seen in the photos
Since I make everything by hand, there will be slight variations between each set of Skiving Snacks and with the box itself, but no more than what you see in the photos. Due to their small and delicate nature, these items are perfect for adult collectors and are intended for display.
