Condition: good- skirt has extremely light brown stain in front that is very hard to see and the left side of skirt near waist has tears to the pleats on chiffon. both are shown in last picture. a flower pin or the shown belt with the bow could cover up the tears. Price reflects these deficiencies. Everything else is in excellent condition
