Fresh white cotton has been embellished with a remnant of high quality ivory lace and simple ivory cotton. They have all been machine stitched together. The quote has been stamped with rich black water resistant pigment ink. The piece is stretched in a 6" natural wood hoop and the fabric edges are glued behind.
Your hoop may vary from the photos above. Each piece in this series will be made with the same careful craftsmanship and specific materials, but allow for variations in stamping and lace pattern placement. Stamping on fabric is not an exact science and the lace has been cut from a large swatch. Thank you for understanding!
