I ship at least once a week (more if volume warrants it), but usually once early in the week and once later. Federal holidays excluded, of course.
Note: Although preservatives are used, it is recommended that whatever won’t be used within a weeks time be stored either in the refrigerator, or frozen. Freezing will not affect the performance of the product. Remember that this is an all-natural hair product, and should be treated as a perishable item. Refunds or replacements will not be given for failure to properly store product.
