I created Charles in a three piece gray wool suit, complete with trousers, long coat with black trimmed lapels and white shirt. Charles also has a hand painted face, and a "copy" of one of his famous stories! He is uniquely created from wood, wire, paint , and clay.
Charles John Huffam Dickens, born 1812, was the most popular English novelist of the Victorian era, and one of the most popular of all time, responsible for some of English literature's most known characters, such as Oliver Twist, Mrs, Haversham, Pip from Great Expectations, and Ebenezer Scrooge- just to name a few!
This little collectible doll is perfect for the literary classics fan, and stands a tiny 4 1/2 inches tall, (11.4 centimeters).
