Drawn with art markers, ink washes, and a touch of watercolor and acrylic, this painting depicts a pretty if pensive-looking girl with flowers in her hair. She looks a bit like a nervous bride to me :) The background is a subtle rainbow wash will a still more subtle smattering of stylized fleur-de-lis, as if the girl is posing before wallpaper.
Sealed in matte sealant for protection. Due to differences in monitors and lighting, the piece may not appear exactly as it does on your screen. I have strived to provide an accurate representation.
The edges of the piece are washed with a streaky light grey with bits of other colors mingling in from the front.
Can be propped on a mini easel, leaned against an object on a shelf, or hung from a single nail--the wooden frame is deep enough that it requires no hanging hardware.
