The theme of the Etsy BeadWeavers February Challenge is NEST and when I saw this beautiful porcelain teardrop cabochon by Lisa Peters, I immediately thought of a wasp nest! The cabochon is surrounded by Japanese glass seed beads and brass rounds with a copper wasp dangling from the top of the nest. I made a copper wire bale to hang the pendant from a beautiful chain. The colors include mustard, chocolate, olive green and brass with a touch of turquoise and copper.
