The original soft cover book, was first written by me, Nancy Tillberg, and published by Krause Publications in 2003. It has since gone out of print and remaining hard-to-find copies of this version sell for as much as $300.00.
In order to make the content of the book available to the general public again at a reasonable price, I've decided to release the book on a CD in an updated ebook.
