This is a one size fits all topper hat and is held on by an elastic band..you put the band under your hair at the nape of your neck, put it towards the front of your head like on the ball of your forehead, tilted to one side. the dimensions of the hat frame is about 9 1/2" long by 6 1/2" wide. This is a great hat for many events. This hat is being shown on a Gibson girl wig.
