Half Byzantine handmade chain in the same metal attaches to the shoulders going loosely around the neck and closes in the back with a steel lobster clasp with an extender chain. I have made chain in the same weave but slightly smaller in diameter to go underneath the arms; the chain is adjustable on either side closing with a SP hook toward the back to insure a snug fit.
This design will move with you and is comfortable on bare skin or over clothing.
Measurements:
Neck: 19 – 21 ¼ inches adjustable
Arms: 14 ½ - 16 inches adjustable
