This pendant is beautiful and nicely made. She's more pale in colour in real life than what I would prefer/than the one in the listing but I love her and will wear her often. Thank you seller!

I was really disappointed the description was wrong she would only refund the cost of the pearls and not the shipping back or from her. This was her mistake for not knowing her product and the proper description of her merchandise.these were not round pearls they were button pearls. Good thing I ordered from another company and received a round pear.

As I already explained, I am sorry you were disappointed, and I will gladly refund your purchase price (not the shipping - as I do not have that money. It went to the USPS.) My description is NOT wrong. It clearly states: "they have a small flat spot on the bottom where the half-drilled hole is." Also, the pictures clearly show the flat spot. These pearls are meant to be mounted on a flat pad with a post - hence the flat spot. If you read through my other comments, you'll see I've had many happy customers who bought similar pearls from me. I'm glad you found another supplier that suits your needs. Thank you.
